Starnet.Fi provides a platform for users to purchase, trade, and redeem fractionalized exposure to CS:GO skins. The Platform does not custody skins, hold Steam inventories, or operate trade bots. All trading is peer-to-peer and conducted in USDC.

3. No Affiliation with Valve

Starnet.Fi is an independent platform. All references to these trademarks are for descriptive purposes only.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with local laws, including those relating to digital assets, gambling, or securities.
You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, illegal activity, or prohibited jurisdictions.
You are responsible for securing your wallet and account access.

5. Fees

Trading, redemption, and withdrawal fees are disclosed transparently on the Platform. Fees are subject to change, and updates will be communicated before taking effect.

All content, trademarks, and technology on Starnet.Fi are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Risks

Fractional skins are speculative assets and may lose value.
The Platform is not responsible for market losses or user error.
Regulatory changes may impact access to or use of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starnet.Fi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
